The RLP is designed to be an innovative learning experience, featuring a masterclass and an internship. It provides participants with practical and engaging opportunities to develop the tools, knowledge, and vision necessary for future leadership roles within organizations, networks, and institutions. Powered by Roma Education Fund, the Roma Entrepreneurship Development Initiative, Roma for Democracy, the European Roma Institute for Arts and Culture, and the Roma Foundation for Europe.

This masterclass is crafted by five of the most esteemed Roma organizations in Europe, each bringing a wealth of expertise and credibility. These organizations are recognized for their profound understanding of Roma issues and their proven track record in advocacy, leadership, management and education.
Coordinator: dr. Alexandru Zamfir
Dr. Alexandru Zamfir is a Roma education specialist, Romani language lecturer, and cultural advocate dedicated to advancing inclusive education and Roma representation in Romania. He currently serves as Project Coordinator at the Roma Education Fund (REF) Romania, where he leads national and international initiatives that integrate Roma culture, history, and language into educational policy and practice.
